发布区块报错，我没有部署后端数据库，使用样例工程的mockserver。
通过edge的调试工具发现，是500错误，是后端mockserver返回的错误。
报错接口: /material-center/api/block/deploy/
报错信息: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'build')
不知道是不是要发布区块，必须部署后端？
