Failed Fan in Jakelong #1087

Fan 1 in jakelong has failed. The system has N+1 redundancy.

Replacement fan part numbers:
697183-001, 654752-001, 654752-002, 667882-001, 732136-001, 740214-B21

Jakelong is coming up for retirement.

The replacement cost for fan is minimal, but remote hands cost is much more expensive.

Replacement fan is now in inventory in Catford.

System is being scrapped. No longer need to replace fan. #1122
