why i get register_atfork when startup minicap

with 22 release arm64v8 1080x1920
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/data/local/tmp /data/local/tmp/minicap -P 1080x1920@1080x1920/0

I get CANNOT LINK EXECUTABLE:cannot locate symbol __register_atfork referenced by "/data/local/tmp/minicap"
