get_session_list()for WA uses https://leg.wa.gov/bills-meetings-and-session/bills/ as source data, and the selector for the element AND the value/label pairs on that page have changed.Also adds the 2025-26 session to the list, setting as inactive for now. Expect to activate Dec 2 (https://app.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/prefiled.aspx?year=2024)
