Display vaccine in vaccine card based on child attribute value

Functionality to be able to display/hide a vaccine in the vaccine card based on the child's attribute value e.g. MR at 6 months only given on condition that the child's PMTCT/HEI status is "CE- Child exposed". The vaccine should not be displayed if the child is "Not exposed" or "Mother status uknown".
