APK - Waja (CHW)
Android version - 7

Steps:

  1. Go to families and select a family
  2. In the family select a household Member
  3. on the 3 dots to the top right select Malaria confirmation
  4. Complete the details on the first page and hit next button.

Outcome:

  1. The next page does not load
