[Fellowship] Support Markdown File Attachment in Evaluation Submission

I tried submitting my evaluation via the UI and it is very restrictive about the types of files it accepts. I noticed it will accept PNG files but not MD or PDF. I pasted the text of the markdown file into the UI submission and now the UI cannot actually find the evidence.

Thanks for the issue. I think we can support uploading a markdown file and extracting text. I'm not sure your meaning about the UI cannot actually find the evidence.

We can find it on the member card by clicking evidence view detail link. Do you mean the response after evidence submission is not good enough?
