Key links (e.g. social media) in top navbar

Nice to have icons for them.

@mintcanary is there a way to make this reasonably generic / configurable. Also how would this work on individual pages (not front page) - would be nice to keep consistent but also reasonably clean.

Technically, there are already precedents for what you want to do.

• The discussion, donate, source code links in the footer are configurable.
• The edit page link can be enabled per page.

The bigger challenge is space. Given you don't necessarily want the links on the home page, I suggest the below location might be better:

I do want the links on the front page - definitely want them (and at the top navbar)
