[Bug] Can''t Submit File Assignments

Details:
OS: Artix Linux
Browser: Firefox v134
Extensions Used: UBlock Origin

Issue: When I try submitting the file, it falls into loading state which doesn't finish. No errors explicitly mentioned, but I can't submit the file, and when I try reloading the page to refreshing, the first loading process is cleaned out, but the issue still persists.
