Update default email templates

Given that we want to keep the feature, we need to update the default email templates (particularly new revision notification) for use with standard BIMvie.ws paths. Currently there is an outdated URL (host and path pattern). For a correct link, siteadress needs to be used and poid needs to be put into the template context.
