Remove filename pattern match/restriction flashing backup option

for a fw backup to be visible in the drop-down list for flashing file name needs to match "readResult_BK7231N_QIO_*.bin" pattern. renaming file is easy enough, but it'd be better to have no pattern match or an option to release name filter.

Would like this feature as well, that an option to browse to a specific binary file.
