Which section(s) is the issue in?

There's an issue with the RDS:

source: data:text/plain;charset=utf-8;base64,c2N0cA==

https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/scalability_and_performance/telco_ref_design_specs/core/telco-core-ref-crs.html#telco-core-sctp_module_mc-yaml

Doesn't match our documentation:
https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.14/networking/using-sctp.html#nw-sctp-enabling_using-sctp

What needs fixing?
