Upgrade play-json failed

scala module 2.13.4 requires jackson databind version >= 2.13.0 and < 2.14.0 - found jackson-databind version 2.14

as spark 3.3.2 depend on jackson 2.13.4. https://github.com/apache/spark/blob/v3.3.2/pom.xml
