Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

As part of #12251, we upgraded aws-sdk-java version to 2.20.85 but the library release happens every 2 weeks and we need to make sure OpenSearch is updated with latest fixes.

We would like to automatically upgrade the minor and patch versions of aws-sdk-java versions.
