• Follow up items for Add support for dependencies in plugin descriptor properties with semver range  #11441

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Raise another PR to latest 2.x branch to be able to read and write the new field (list of semver ranges).
2. Raise another PR to update the wire compatibility check on 3.x to read the field from 2.x.
3. Validate PluginInfo serialization in bwc tests
4. Fix downstream build break for reporting and sql by updating their gson version
