Describe the bug

The latest artifact is not able to run for importing mocks of dynamicService.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Download latest zip artifact
  2. unzip and start by using ./bin/opensearch-dashboards
  3. You will see the error.

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

OpenSearch Version
N / A

Dashboards Version
3.0.0
