Property detail page UI improvements

A big part of the value proposition for this project was a more usable UI. Let's make this page more appealing.
My initial thought is that it would be nice to find a way to display a picture of the property alongside the property information (google street view/ zillow / something else? )

Other ideas include a summary of code violations by category, showing nearby properties, and a table of all code violations that can be searched and filtered. Once the landlord detail page is up, a link to that could be added as well.

This ticket doesn't need to encompass all the ideas here. Just take a run at it and we can iterate and create new tickets once this one is done.
