Update for MKL since 2018 #27

It seems testing is done against MKL 2018.4.274. Install paths have changed quite a bit since (I am on version 2020). Hence, the module does not find MKL anymore. Are there any plans on updating to newer versions of MKL?

This is strange because I think I have made tests with MKL 2021 (but this might be before recent changes or with some patches). I will try to have a look.

And actually MKL 2021.2 or 2022.0 had a bug which induced some testsuite errors, which is why I went back to using OpenBlas...
