I don't figure out how to install this plugin, please could you indicate to me how to proceed?

And Another question is, can the volumes only be created inside some virtual machine on OpenStack cluster?

The plugin must be run as a service on the docker server, for example, using the service files in the repository. Docker detects and accesses the plugin via the created UNIX socket.

All of that must run in an OpenStack VM. The plugin basically only tells OpenStack to create and attach a volume to this VM, and mounts that to the container. Currently, only virtio devices are supported, i.e. /dev/vda.
