Would be rad to make it easy to report a small typo, or suggest a small change, from the page (button? form? something else?).
I first ran into this on the Offbeat Empire blogs (for instance, this post: http://offbeathome.com/2015/10/weird-name, after the end of the post contents). (Maybe that's the only place I've seen it!) Just a little button at the bottom:
And when you click it, it gives you this awesome form:
The one time I found a typo on one of their posts, I reported it immediately, then went on my merry way. It wasn't some big-deal typo, but the button was low-friction enough that I actually did something.

Since the site is no longer under active development, I'd suggest that you don't work on this feature. This may be a useful thing for the new OpenHatch site if/when that goes live.
