Describe the issue
While migrating design system components from v0.12 -> v1.x, some components were silently renamed but this change was not reflected in the changelog.

List of components

  1. FormFieldMessage -> FormHelperText
  2. InlineMessage -> Infobox
  3. GovtMasthead -> RestrictedGovtMasthead

there might be more, wip list
