Can you demonstrate with an example what is happening and what would be expected?

Please attach a small project to demonstrate the issue.

I want to select photos from the iOS gallery that were taken with the iOS Camera app and keep the original filename, e.g., IMG_0162. However, QField changes the filename to a format in this example {filename}.{extension}, resulting in something like 1730385182.JPG.
