[FEATURE] Improve plotting

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be helpful, if the plot_plotly function allowed handing over a series or dictionary for parameters line_color and node_color to self-define the coloring. This can be helpful to only mark certain lines or nodes in the network or colouring them depending on characteristics that are not pre-defined, such as cable length or cable type, etc.
