[FEATURE] Check transformer overloading independently

Overloading of transformers is currently not checked for each transformer independently but for the whole station. In case all transformers are the same, this is valid. In case different transformers exist it might not be valid anymore. This should be checked. Further, we should ask grid operators if usage of different transformers is done or not and if not, adapt the grid reinforcement accordingly.
