Check that translations work for Course Comparison dashboard

User Story
As an Aspects Developer, I want to check that the translations work for the Course Comparison dashboard (especially the tooltips), so that I know that users viewing a translated dashboard see strings in their own language and I am able to capture any additional translations work needed to move forward.

Acceptance Criteria
Given I am an Aspects developer
When I view the translated strings for the Course Comparison dashboard
Then I am able to confirm the strings translated as expected (especially the tooltip text)
And I document any strings that don't appear to have translated
