The Discovery work has been conducted in this doc, this PR implemented the changes needed in Aspects to allow to download of the CSV in the embedded dashboards: https://github.com/openedx/tutor-contrib-aspects/releases/tag/v0.75.0

@Ian2012 - This looks good to me. Can I confirm that this work won't expand what users can view and/or download the CSV files for course level data in Superset, correct?

Yes, the set of permissions are the same as regular users and the data is limited to the current course only which only Instructors have access
