Add autocomplete feature to Kibana

Kibana OSS 6.0 - 6.3 included autocomplete, but it was removed from Kibana OSS as of 6.4.

We should consider our own implementation (presumably as a new plugin) to improve the day-to-day user experience:

Hey, popping this one back up. Is there anyway to get some guidance on this one so we could perhaps help on out own? We're primarily a dotnet shop, but with some guidance we might manage to reasurect the code from the point it was Apache to here.
Considering ODFE is going for a fork, a plug-in might not even be needed.

Hi @Hagaygur, the code changes (obviously) touch the proprietary x-pack directory, so I'm not keen to link. If you want to do a bit of code comparison between 6.3 and 6.4 Kibana to identify the Apache 2.0 implementation and see if it could be reincorporated into 7.10.2, you might try comparing July 23, 2018 and July 25, 2018.
