Define a visual query.
Define a trigger, and trigger condition is above 1 not 10,000.
Update this visual query, and trigger condition will be reset to 10,000.

Seems to be a visual bug, the underlying trigger is still 1. I know there were some changes to the trigger JSON a while ago, perhaps that broke the cached UI values in the metadata.
