[EN] Collect financial markets data from the Central Bank of Armenia

Goal

The goal is to convert a set of Excel files from the Central Bank of Armenia to CSV/XML/JSON files.

Tasks

There are a collection of Excel files with financial markets data on the website of the Central Bank of Armenia https://www.cba.am/am/sitepages/fmofinancialmarkets.aspx

The data current and archive files. It's available in English and Armenian languages.
The tasks are:

1. Write code to collect and regularly update Excel files from the CBA website
2. Convert collected files to CSV and/or JSON files

Context

Central Bank data helps to create civil services for CBA actions monitoring and providing services related to Armenian financial market.

Requirements

• create a public GitHub repository to store code and data under one of the free and open licenses like Creative Commons license or MIT license

Wishes

Please write your code as reusable code that could be launched by someone else later since we could need to update this dataset later.
