Change TVFY logo #1229

The current logo may have unwanted racial overtones as it features a single white hand. A replacement should be in line with the following criteria. It should:

not feature a white hand
not feature multiple hands
keep the same colour scheme (to match rest of TVFY website)

The logo currently appears in the website tab (though not on the webpages themselves) and in the profile picture for the Twitter account.
