5plus 在国内使用，网络故障。提示：已连接，但无法访问互联网 #33

版本：R114
硬件：5plus

故障：IP、DNS都正确的情况下，无法打开所有网站。
有线直接连路由器，提示“登录到网络” ，浏览器访问：http://www.gstatic.com/generate_204
WIFI连接路由器，SSID下方提示“已连接，但无法访问互联网”

挂代理后，异常提示消除网络正常。

应该如何修改到国内可访问的目标或直接关闭系统网络监测？
