WP3a Meeting Minutes

We will chronologically record minutes of all WP3a meetings here. We record as Type:
- Tasks (T) - which must have an Owner and a deadline
- Decisions (D)
- Information (I) - everything else of interest.

| D | I propose not to have Daily Scrums on the phone, but instead to answer the three Scrum-questions by 10am every day via email | ||
| D | I propose to use the github issue tracker to manage the sprint: Backlog items can be realized as milestones, tasks as issues. | ||
| I | Important to review the success of the approach - Scrum takes this into account during the sprint review. | ||
