Ideas for 5.14. EHR Synchronisation #1

I can see two cases of sync,

  1. same system sync

Two or more instances of the same CDR, that will probably be implemented with the same tech stack, each accepting commits from different systems and then synchronizing between them.

This is common for high availability and/or load balancing environments.

  1. different system sync

Two or more systems with different CDRs implemented on different tech stacks.

An scenario that can happen when two organizations start sharing records.

For 1. I'm not sure if Extract should be used (is the only item mentioned on the table for 5.14 EHR Synchronization), but for 2. extract is needed.

Are we going to consider 1. as a synch case in terms of conformance?
