Incorrect semver checking in gosnappi

Semver stipulates that versions that differ only by the patch version are still compatible. But gosnappi is giving the following error:

"client API spec version '1.0.1' is not semver compatible with server API spec version constraint '1.0.0"

@Vibaswan : Please fix with comments once internal inter-component version check warning message is straightened out ( above check is as per intention but warning might be misleading without knowing internal component details )
