Use this link "https://archive.org/download/toontown.-7z/Toontown.7z" download the file and look for the phase 3.mf file until phase 13.mf and drag the file to the folder you created and do this command in cmd C:\Users???\Desktop\resources>multify -x -f phase_13.mf, C:\Users???\Desktop\resources>multify -x -f phase_3.5.mf before put cd Desktop and then cd resources. And after that, delete the resources that you downloaded before and put this resource that I sent and that's it. The error will not appear.
