Some OTel SDKs (Java, .NET) provide internal diagnostics for troubleshooting. Are there any recommendation or examples for Python on how to report errors that happened in the instrumentations?

I need this guidance info, too. I'm experiencing a wierd situation that no asgi trace are collected or exported, I wonder if there's any configuration error, but I cannot find any guide for that.

I believe there was efforts by @ocelotl to discuss and architect an error handling prototype. We could probably leverage that to provide and surface up diagnostic information as well.
