Is it possible to use the loadbalancing exporter to export to multiple splunk hec exporters?

I have been reading up on otelcol and I get how the product is configured. I may be missing something here, but I was wondering as it stands now is it possible for me to use the exporter/loadbalancing component to round robbin and further pass logs to multiple splunk hec outputs? If I can, can somebody share a brief outlay as to how the config will look.

I am just confused about the protocol block and how currently only OTLP is supported. Any pointers are appreciated.
