[kafkametricsreceiver] metrics scraped is different than what specified in the collected metrics

Hi All,

Running version of otelcollector - v0.92.0.
The metrics scraped by the collector (kafkametricsreceiver) on our Kafka cluster, is having _ratio keyword appended to the metrics key. However what we read and see in the documentation here doesn't have such ratio keyword exist on metrics name.
Ex: kafka.partition.oldest_offset is printed as kafka_partition_oldest_offset_ratio

Would like to ask why there is such difference between what's expected and what's being scraped in reality? Is this happening bcoz of any misconfiguration or obsolete version in use at our end. Or this is more to do with document being outdated as we can see it's year old but commits are happening continuously to kafkametricsreceiver
