Current behavior

We don't currently have the functionality to add PR reviews, but I do think we have the API set up for it:

I think it would be great to add this option to highlights. It helps to demonstrate leadership, communication, mentorship, and potentially technical skills.

Adding to @BekahHW ideas here. I'm not sure if it's doable, but we might as well add functionality to add GitHub discussion board conversation here.

Some folks perhaps engaging with a conversation or throwing ideas for a feature in a discussions instead of an issue. It helps to demonstrate their communication, collaboration, and potentially leadership skills.
