Should I install OpenRMF on computer and turtlebot3?

Description

I am a beginner for Open-RMF. I am doing a project about multi-robot. I am not sure about Open-RMF installation between computer(server) and turtlebot3(client). And config free-fleet for turtlebot3(client) and computer(server). I have tried many times to read the documentation, but still don't understand. Could anyone help me to solve my problem? Now I need to run it on turtlebot3 2 robots and will scale up to 4 robots in the future.

ROS distro: humble
OS: Ubuntu 22.04
Robot: turtlebot3 (waffle pi)

**Now, I am still stuck in config setup for turtlebot3. Can anyone help me pls?
