Command line options for keys should be like --hwKeyA instead of --hwPrivKeyA

Now that these options may be used to point to public keys as well as private, the option names to crtSignedContainer.sh should really be changed to reflect this.

The change needs to be coordinated with a change in genPnorImages.pl, in hostboot package, under op-build.

To make this as easy as possible, I'm going to do it in two parts. Part 1 will add the new option names, and part 2 will remove the old ones. In the interim both the old and new options will work.
