Error FilePicker when install plugin

I am installing version 3.2 and I got this message by administration panel: You must supply a value here.

By browser console:

filepicker.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'url' of undefined
at Object.M.form_filepicker.callback (filepicker.js:1)
at Object.update_filemanager (dndupload.js:23)
at dnduploader.callback (yui_combo.php?rollup/3.17.2/yui-moodlesimple-min.js&rollup/1500543912/mcore-min.js:31)
at dnduploader.uploadfinished (dndupload.js:44)
at XMLHttpRequest.xhr.onreadystatechange (dndupload.js:46)

Having the same issue
