all the faded links are disabled .. so many courses are like that and some other course work perfectly and there is NO difference in the settings between them as I checked many times

I have experienced this issue also and it seems it is linked to quizzes and assignments. If those are present in the course on our site then the links appear greyed out. Once the quiz/assignment is removed all works well.
