11/20 - We discussed that our 2x/monthly project meetings have stalled out a bit as we're working on figuring out what the shape of our next event could be and working to get more contributions in the form of blogs, best practices etc. We proposed switching to a different cadence of 2x/monthly meetings but with a 15 min standup and a 1 hr working meeting instead of two 1 hr sessions.

Open to other suggestions.

I think it's a good idea. I missed a few meetings over the past few months and also had to miss today's meeting for a dr appt. If folks want to, I'm down to try it 👍

another note, this issue should probably be moved to the open-gitops/project repo.

also if we try this and like it we should make a checklist of ways to properly communicate that, including updating the top of the meeting notes doc and the contributing doc in GitHub (and on the website) with that new info. Maybe let's try it a few times before we make blast it out to the world. Also considering Nov/Dec might not be the most representative months because holidays.
