Unable to find any plugins in the Plugin List #638

Hey, I'm new to open-ephys. When I click on Plugin Install , I cannot see any plugins in the Plugin List. During this process, the network connection was ensured to be normal. Even reinstalling after downloading cannot solve this problem. Please refer to the following figure for specific details.

Is it possible your network has some sort of firewall in place?

Are you able to access https://open-ephys-plugin-gateway.herokuapp.com/ through your web browser?

The problem was resolved after using VPN.
