Fix BNO055 symbol error

As noted in this commit , the official KiCAD BNO055 symbol had a major error that ended up tying two pins (15 and 16) to ground that should be DNC. This needs to be fixed in the schematic, pcb, and production files and will result in a new PCB revision.
