List of scale and shift for all datastreams and all devices

          we need the list of scale and shift to be outside of the tutorial, since it should include parameters for all datastreams on the devices (auxiliary channels in rhd, LFP band in np1e).

a text under the table that now lives here should refer to the fact that in the GUI the Offset value is positive because of how it performs the calculation and in Bonsai the ConvertScale node uses Shift as negative.

I think this also has to have the adc step and bitdepth values of the device specs as the "raw specs" from where we are getting the scale and shift.
