Check heading calculation in example workflow #4

This is almost a note to self, because I wasn't able to check thoroughly.
The workflow in the examples of this repo, UclaMiniscopeV4Commutated.bonsai seems to have a different calculation than the old libary did, which is still referenced in the commutator docs (https://open-ephys.github.io/commutator-docs/coax-commutator/user-guide/automatic-control/miniscopedaq-miniscopev4.html)
The old implementation works for me to track heading and commutate but the new one doesn't.
