Make use of blue font color consistent across application

There are two 'blues' used: 1) light blue under the navigation bar; 2) darker blue for some text. Can we make this more consistent across the application by either making 1) lighter blue a dark grey like in the TolaWork applicaiton? I think the darker blue might make more sense because that is the same blue in the OpenBuild logo.
