Where do the environment variables in the 'Set up the environment variables' step in this file come from? How can I find formal environment variables that match my own cloud hosting environment? Can you give an example?

those environment variables are used in docker-compose deployment methods, so I would suggest you to raise the issue in GenAIExamples repo instead of here
